Speed of dispatch

We aim to dispatch books and CDs to customers within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Returns


If the book or CD that you have purchased has physical faults, either in its manufacture or from damage in the shipping process, please write to us to ask for a replacement copy. We cannot consider returned copies made for other reasons.
